Privacy notice
MNCRIP collects contact details from people who choose to write to us. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: name, organisation, role, country, email address, your selected area of interest, and any message you write. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not build advertising profiles.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry and, where a partnership discussion follows, to maintain that correspondence. This is the only purpose. We do not sell or share your details with third parties.
How long
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Where a formal partnership is established, correspondence is retained under that partnership's own record-keeping terms.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to ganzorig.ts@silk-road.mn and we will action it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you across sites, which is why you see no cookie banner. The only cookie we set at all is a short-lived one that remembers you have already entered a document access code, so you are not asked for it twice in the same day.
