Where the model gets proven
Flagship initiatives are MNCRIP's highest-priority integrated initiatives. Each combines multiple strategic programmes, institutional partnerships and financing mechanisms within a common implementation framework.
A programme is a standing area of work. A flagship is a bounded initiative that draws on several programmes at once to prove the integrated model somewhere specific. The Dryland Hub is the furthest advanced; the remaining five are in preparation and their pages will follow.
